Failed to identify that my mother needed a higher level of care. She went to the hospital and diagnosed with pneumonia. She was assessed at Country Meadows that morning and said her lungs were clear. Not possible. And she was charged a lot of money to have her food delivered approximately 20 feet across the hall from the kitchen. Seems money is priority here.

Country Meadows is a wonderful place. Above all the staff is without exception professional courteous and caring. We have been in the Memory Care unit for a year and a half. The exceptional care was always great. The atmosphere established by all made us feel comfortable and trusting.

We worked primarily with Shannon. She was looking out for our mom all the way. She would come and see mom to make sure all was well. and answer our questions and calm any concerns we may have had about our mom.Mom loved to wander about the building, and go outside, and join in the activities, and exercise classes, etc. Mom loved the food, but not the early meal hours.

Nothing comes to mind

The staff and caregivers in Connections are exceptional. Kudos to Adam and the whole team. Wonderful help for a difficult season of life.

I did not get any guidance from any staff member regarding the move out process. Not one person from management offered condolences until after I mentioned it. The only correspondence I received was a request for payment for the final balance.

Country Meadows Hershey was such a blessing. Amazing care given to my mother. I will definitely recommend Country Meadows Hershey

Activities staff are excellent and provide a nice range of activities but evening activities could be offered more frequently and less tv watching.All the staff at CM are excellent and truly care for the residents.
