Very accommodating!

You keep the property extremely well maintained,and everyone I work with was kind and professional.

We would have liked to have seen another apartment model, the dining area, and the salon and spa areas. We might come back to see those areas.

No real room for improvement, was fantastic!

In non-critical cases the nurse on duty should consult the residents doctor before calling for an ambulance.

My mother loved Country Meadows from the minute she got there until the minute she left there. She never complained about anything. She was never happier.

Most items were very satisfactory, however some updates could be made. They include: replacement of well worn provided furnishings (dresser drawers, mattress); investigation/replacement of compromised ceiling panels; and, corrections of an occasional water leak from the base of the toilet. When possible, an upgrade to the AC/Heating unit to reduce operating noise and provide air flow that does not blow directly onto a resident's sleeping area would be a positive change. Otherwise, the room was very comfortable for my loved one.The staff was excellent and they definitely contributed to a very good experience for our family. They and those who are responsible for training them and who look after their well-being in this special role in Connections, are to be commended.
