Very good experience and place to live. In recent years, rapid staff turnover diminished some overall elements that had been really excellent when staffing was consistent over longer periods.

Your facility & staff took very good care of my mother. She, unfortunately, was never happy there. I sincerely believe no facility/staff would suit her. She was a very demanding individual. Thank you for the care and help you provided to and for her.

The tour guide at Mechanicsburg was not very friendly or hospitable and not clear when answering some of our questions. Angel at leaders heights was amazing and friendly and sweet and extremely helpful.
