Country Meadows was excellent in welcoming my Mother to Personal Care.

More clear direction on how to enter the building would be helpful. I stood at the door for several minutes and although I had seen the door bell ( because it's labeled) I want sure how to activate it. No one came to let me in so I just stood there until some ladies were going in.

The staff were the best that I could have hoped for. My mother felt very much cared for while she was there.

Most of the staff were attentive to our needs, but not all. Excellent personal service was provided by Kathy, Edward and Shaka (?). Mom required a heart-healthy diet, so her meal selection was somewhat limited, but I think she like most of what she received (although she was rarely able to finish it all). Housekeeping services were very good (in comparison to other facilities we have experience with).

If it was a warmer day we would have liked to take a look around outside. I know there's not much of a campus but my mother is not very active either. The tour was very nice, I wouldn't change a thing.
