I have 2 complaints. 1. Laundry was a constant problem. There are items of my mother's that are missing and I was continually removing items that did not belong to her. 2. I wish CM would accept Medicaid so that we didn't have to move my mom. Other than those 2 issues, I have only good things to say about Country Meadows and the the staff.

Building four was amazing when my mom and dad lived there because my dad needed extra care because of his dementia. The staff on the third floor of building four were phenomenal. Once he passed away, they rushed her out of there in a week to a new place. The expectation was that she’d be independent and she was the staff never really bothered to step in and check to see if she needed anything even just to say hi we’re here in case you need us. one time it was 24 hours before a nurse came after she was throwing up. Really the issue was that she was mixed in with people of bearing levels of dementia. Not that there’s anything wrong with that by any means, but it just reminded her of what she dealt with with my father.

The nurses, cleaning staff, exercise staff and activities staff are amazing. We were so impressed with how kind and caring everyone is to the residents.

More clear direction on how to enter the building would be helpful. I stood at the door for several minutes and although I had seen the door bell ( because it's labeled) I want sure how to activate it. No one came to let me in so I just stood there until some ladies were going in.
