The entire staff from Management to Business office to nurses to personal care assistance etc were WONDERFUL!! My parents came in there very weak, confused and medically challenged and left stronger, more alert and more mobile. Thank you to everyone! I could not have done this without all you angels!! 😇😇😇

In all honesty, I can’t fairly answer this question. The move-in experience for my mother was a little rushed on our end, so our experience may not have been like others. So I don’t want make an unfair assessment.

I may have seen it in all the confusion but a name/phone listing for all staff points of contact would be nice.

Honestly, I could not say what needs to be improvedbut could definitely give thumbs up to all the tremendous help. All the staff was there and introduced themselves, maintenance helped to get the TV up and running. It couldn’t have been a better experience.
