I can’t think of anything right now

I was not physically at Country Meadows but my sister was. Her experience was quite disappointing and at times unacceptable. My interaction was over the phone with case manager and very few staff. Communications with me was extremely disappointing. I am located out of state and was depending on staff to keep me informed, which for the most part, they did not. Terra was the only exception. She kept me informed of my sister's PT progress and was very pleasant to talk to.

I can't think anything at this moment.

At this time I feel Stephanie did an outstanding job.

it felt a little rushed, but we spent alot of time talking before the tour, so our appointment probably went over the expected limit.

It was quite nice.

I will write up my experience in another correspondence with country Meadows.

I hesitate to give any critical feedback as my mother is very pleased with Country Meadows and frequently tells me how kind everyone on the staff is to her. However, I would like to communicate that the Personal Care Assistants are not ensuring that my mother has assistance at least twice weekly with showering. I discussed this with Kaitlyn who was very kind and assured that she would follow up with the staff, however according to my mother no one is reaching out to her. As I am two hours away and can't facilitate her showers I'm hoping that there is a way to ensure that she is showering. Thank you
