You could possibly furnish the studio apartment to give the possible resident an idea of how the studio would appear with furniture in it.

From start to finish, it was an excellent experience they helped my mom get settled right away. They were very welcoming.

Maybe provide family with a list of contacts and phone numbers for different functional areas.

No improvement needed

It wasn’t the tour itself. The tour guide was extremely professional, friendly and warm. It’s the facility and the grounds and the very disproportionate clinical feel.

All the staff were very friendly and helpful throughout the time that my mother Linda Frederick lived there, and they were very sympathetic and caring to me when she passed. I can't say enough about the helpfulness and caring of your Chaplain, Pastor Dore Smith. She even led the celebration of life service for mom on her own time. Amy in the office was very kind and caring as well. The facility is lovely and well maintained. It felt like home from the moment Mom & I walked in the door for the initial interview & tour.
