No improvement needed

It wasn’t the tour itself. The tour guide was extremely professional, friendly and warm. It’s the facility and the grounds and the very disproportionate clinical feel.

All the staff were very friendly and helpful throughout the time that my mother Linda Frederick lived there, and they were very sympathetic and caring to me when she passed. I can't say enough about the helpfulness and caring of your Chaplain, Pastor Dore Smith. She even led the celebration of life service for mom on her own time. Amy in the office was very kind and caring as well. The facility is lovely and well maintained. It felt like home from the moment Mom & I walked in the door for the initial interview & tour.

Offer diabetic friendly meal options including sugar-free desserts or ice cream.

Country Meadows, at least on the day we toured, had an institutional smell. The other places we have toured did not.

We just happened to meet a resident in the hallway to talk to her but it would be nice to have a resident "ambassador" to accompany the staff on the tours so prospective residents could hear personal experiences about living there.
