considering my Mother passed away March 30th and my father is still a resident at CM, not sure of questions #3. Most of the staff express there concerns, but I feel a higher person in charge never once acknowledged our Mother's passing.

The tour was fine, Sue was wonderful and very friendly. The issue is that my mother prefers to do her own laundry in the privacy of her own room. The laundry facility was not very convenient and was not a very inviting environment for a resident. It felt very industrial’.
