It was a pleasure having my mom (and my dad also years ago) reside at Country Meadows. I always felt confident that she was being taken care of well which was very reassuring and made it very worry-free. All of the staff on the Pathways floor was very kind, thoughtful, and helpful.

Maybe include some time for coffee in the dining room to have more time to experience the feel of our loved one's day.

I move my mother in, while she was in rehabilitation, so she didn't do it. Daughter is filling out the survey.

I believe that some of the communications could be better. We had some issues with prescriptions and it took several attempts to get it straightened out. One person knew and then no one else knew. If it were not for Ann even though she was in Hershey at the time it would not have been straightened out in a timely manner. Other than that my mom had a wonderful experience including her physical therapy and occupational therapy workers and if ever needed again would come back. Thanks

Mom started in independent living, everything there was good. When the concierge position was eliminated the level of support dropped. Personal care was good overall. When she moved to Pathways we had an expectation for a higher level of skilled care. We felt that Pathways was understaffed consistently with too long waiting for a response, too long left sitting on the toilet unattended. The unit was not kept clean enough. Food options for diabetics and low sodium/heart concerns was lacking. The office staff was always available. I didn't find the price increase for Pathways from personal care was reflected in increased care. I have nothing negative to say about the staff, the staff they have is good, only that there was a consistent understaffed situation.

They should have a game room or more activities like pool, ping pong, golf, etc.
