I think there should be more communication between the resident and the staff as far as how and when someone will come in and do laundry help with showering etc

Seeing the whole campus

My Mom really liked Country Meadows. The staff was great. We moved her to be closer to family. The few things I think could be improved are 1) the food. My mom found them bland and too inflexible on time and content 2) while the place was clean her apt was grimey. I found myself scrubbing the bathroom and cleaning up 3) my mom never engaged in activities bc they were not her interest

I felt very comfortable there.

My mother’s move in was quick. I didn’t have time to actually walk around the campus. She has dementia and we were very pleased with the connections unit. I feel comfortable and confident that she is there and being cared for the way a person needs to be cared for. I felt a huge weight lifted off my shoulders! Thank you for being there!

Not personally being a resident but knowing and visiting a resident Country Meadows was a well organized facility. I found the staff to be friendly and helpful along with management.The entrance and grounds are well kept making it inviting. The lobby was the same with plenty of lighting.
