I felt very comfortable there.

My mother’s move in was quick. I didn’t have time to actually walk around the campus. She has dementia and we were very pleased with the connections unit. I feel comfortable and confident that she is there and being cared for the way a person needs to be cared for. I felt a huge weight lifted off my shoulders! Thank you for being there!

Not personally being a resident but knowing and visiting a resident Country Meadows was a well organized facility. I found the staff to be friendly and helpful along with management.The entrance and grounds are well kept making it inviting. The lobby was the same with plenty of lighting.

Tour was fine. Again, offering a wheelchair would have been a nice option based on the size of the facility, and how distant some amenities were.

The staff at Country Meadows provided excellent personal care and the resident community was welcoming and supportive. Management was always responsive to our concerns and helpful in managing my mother's care. Our family is very grateful to the community at Country Meadows of Wyomissing.

Provide clear direction regarding phone and tv set up.

More interaction with residents, perhaps.
