We are saddened my dad's stay was short as he enjoyed his time at Country Meadows. Shout out to Irene and Shane for helping the family through process and to the nurses/staff who helped care for my dad.

Something that was very upsetting to my father and my family. When he was not able to go the dining room due to not feeling well. If you ask for food to be brought to your room it was a $10 fee, for each meal. They are already paying for the meals in the monthly fee.He also used a wheelchair and used his legs to move the chair around; difficulty was had getting to the dining room with the ramp (incline he had to go up) was a bit of a distance from his room.

Everything was fine. Didn’t get to go outside because it was raining and storming that day.

Country Meadows was absolutely the best move for my Dad. The social interactions and help with daily living gave him the quality of life that he had been missing out on. The staff is outstanding and so very caring and compassionate. I am so comforted in knowing that my Dad was safe, comfortable, and most of all happy at Country Meadows.

Our move-in experience was outstanding. The staff was welcoming, organized, and compassionate, making what could have been a very stressful transition much easier for both our family and our loved one. Every detail was handled professionally, questions were answered promptly, and we always felt supported throughout the process. We truly appreciated the kindness and care shown from the very beginning.
