We are so appreciative of Country Meadows, most especially the staff, during both my mother and father’s stay over many years. Especially commending the connections team!

Perhaps scheduling the tour during resident activity times would have been helpful to us.

My mother complained about being lonely. She does not enjoy crafting and it seems as if there could be a more consistent active reach out to new residents. She has never had trouble meeting people and making friends, but she for some reason did not make friends here. Maybe it would have been different if she had agreed to move to the main dining room but she was intimidated by it and wanted to eat where she was comfortable. Having activities available on line instead of having to check on boards would have been an improvement and would have helped me to encourage her engagement. That all being said, I really do feel that Country Meadows is a wonderful place with generally exceptional staff. I really appreciate the care that she received there.
