The nursing staff were very personable. I have no complaints at all about the staff or their abilities. A better understanding about their limits in medical problem recognition and providing care would have been useful.

I can't say enough wonderful things about my Dad's experience at Country Meadows. For over 9 years he was treated and cared for like family. It was such a blessing for him to be able to move to the memory care unit as his dementia progressed. Such a wonderful staff, in all aspects of his day-to-day experience. The York are is truly lucky to have such an exceptional facility. Thank you!!

Communication from staff to family was excellent. Resident was consistently treated with respect and kindness. I am so grateful for the care that he received over the last 6 years.

I thought Pam from assisted living and Michael were great nurses. I thought Jennifer, Angelina and Betty . Were excellent nurses from connections unit. They kept me informed about my mother’s condition all the time. Most appreciated. Connections staff were excellent and very caring. I sent flowers to the 4 female nurses, only heard from Betty so 8nhope the rest got theirs??? And hope the staff got the box of candy??! Very pleased with Country Meadows.

I would encourage the staff helping to dress nd shower residents to report/ document any skin injuries, so no one gets in trouble.

We are so appreciative of Country Meadows, most especially the staff, during both my mother and father’s stay over many years. Especially commending the connections team!

My Mom ended up being at CM for 9 years, and Dad was there from 2016-2021. Overall, a good experience, albeit extremely costly. It was gratifying to see several staff there for the duration, especially Angie Nowicki. I would give an even better rating if my Mom's costs would have been frozen at some point. I believe we paid in over $600k during these years, and my Mom especially didn't need a ton of support until 2025. Would have been nice if someone in management would have recognized that after Mom's passing.

Country Meadows does a wonderful job on many fronts of meeting residents' varied needs. I appreciate the care, concern and friendship that many showed.The most serious fault I'm aware of is the quality of the food.

Perhaps scheduling the tour during resident activity times would have been helpful to us.
