When I moved in, I thought a burner was broken but it only needed to be adjusted. But even so, the maintenance team stopped by within an hour. I also requested that my carpets get shampooed one more time before I moved in because they smelled a little funky and within the time frame that I was promised, they were cleaned. The carpets smell amazing and i am very pleased with the service so far.

The inspection of the issue was addressed, however; resolving the issue is still in process…

I really appreciate how prompt maintenance and my property manager both were in responding and assisting me with my request. Tim our property maintenance is always so prompt in completing these requests and always goes above and beyond in making sure that any issue is fully resolved and taken care of! Angel our property manager is always so thoughtful in following up and addressing my needs as a resident, and I really appreciate the time she took to call and check in that it was a good time to enter the apartment and to assist in notating my other requests as well. I submitted a request due to my garbage disposal not running and within a couple of hours, everything was fixed and my garbage disposal has been working perfectly now. I really appreciate this so much! Thank you also for thoroughly cleaning my AC vents as well. I was concerned due to mold growing inside the vents due to moisture, but it is completely gone now. They look as good as new! I also really appreciate maintenance taking the time to assist with my additional miscellaneous requests, including fixing my patio fence and the paint touch-up repair of my living room wall as well. Even though I understand paint touch-up requests are usually considered responsibility of the tenant, it meant a lot that Tim took the extra time to help with that and added the drywall coat to the spot on my living room wall again. I do realize he has already assisted me with this drywall request several times previously, so I really appreciate him taking the time to do this and have moved the chair away from the wall to prevent it from happening again. My fence looks great now as well! I realize maintenance has a lot of work orders to complete throughout the day, so I really appreciate Tim going above and beyond to complete these additional requests and for Angel going out of her way to assist me as well. Thank you both for all of your help with everything!

I havent mention this before (didnt have the opportunity), but the base-support (apartment 178) (ground support) of bathroom and laundry are sinking down compared to the rest of the apartment structure.

My refrigerator is working perfect all the new pieces are on it and I think them very much

He came and fix the door so I could get out and and he did a great job. I don’t think there will ever be a problem again I think you very much.
