There were a couple of stains which I was not expecting.I think I could have gotten a better price for the vehicle but because of the service of your sales person Nancy, who is always very approachable and her willing to help, I decided to buy from you.

They have a nice waiting room with water, coffee, etc. TV to watch, electric outlets if you need and all for the convenience of the customers. The bathrooms were very clean.First I love my car and 2nd everyone there is so nice. I felt very comfortable with my car being serviced over there.

okTerrible, service. He lied to a customer.they put the light bulb back in the car, but no bolts were put in. So my son drove his car to school next day and light was rattling, he had to stop on the side of the highway and put the bolts onyou need to retrain your service people and manager in basic customer service skills.Service manager was in a rush, not professional at all. Rude.Service person took my car keys and said we will call you back. Didn't take my name or number, called my spouse instead with information on the car. Didn't even provide me with information that there will be a fee for diagnostics of the car.

Sam and Omar provided great customer service, helped me out and understand what needed to be done. No catch or hidden fees, actually tried to help with payments taking one consideration my situation. Really appreciate them and will be back in less than a week for an oil change and rear brake replacement.Service was quick and easy. I enjoyed the waiting area, coffee and space. Good customer service
