N/AFirst time experience. So I have nothing to compare it with.Your service manager and the intake processor were exceptionally good in explaining and assisting me with my service issue. I was given a diagram of how the problem I had looked and how it would affect my vehicle if not attended to.The cost of the repair was totally more than I expected but the financing helped me to accomplish getting the job done. I purchased my car used 18 months ago and was not given the carfax details of the car. So my experience at Mitsubishi was enlightening and educational. Again the customer service by the employees were exceptional.The service I recvd was very good especially customer service. However because it was my first experience at the Mitsubishi dealer/parts department I would not grade higher until I establish a longer relationship with Mitsubishi.

Was told I needed an additional service besides my oil changeNoneI was delayed because the computers were downNone at this timeThe computer was down and I was not able to receive a written copy of my serviceNone

I think that it will be a plus, if the customer car is not fix in that particular day, for Mitsubishi to be able to offer in return a car which can be use. Maybe even the option to return at customer home the car! Anyhow, just ideas!As long as the hours of service are adjust from the customer time!
