Seems like in the past you have vaccumed the front floors. Most places do even Jiffy Lube. Just seemed odd. I would prefer that over the dirty car wash that always seems to leave my car with dirty water spots. Just leads me to have to go and get it washed after you have just washed it. It’s not a deal breaker, just more of a annoyance.Service rep is always great! Love walking in and seeing he’s there.

I don’t feel Mitsubishi cares at all. I sent in a complaint a while back and have video of Southlake Mitsubishi in Merrillville Indiana that out right lied to me for my last visit. This is why I am driving 1 hour and 15 minutes each way to Countryside Mitsubishi In Illinois.I own 2 Mitsubishi’s If you want to continue with my business. I want you to do something about it.
