I was told the swatch to stop an oil leak from my transmission needed to be orderedThat was Saturday/ today is ThursdayI have not heard backAnd I need my car fixedNo amenitiesSoaked and no window wiperAs a result of my wiper blade flying off during car wash I was given an extra pair but not placed onI don’t knowCustomer serviceI told them the previous visitWhich I had to return after oil change.My car was leaking oil and they sent me away mechanic said it’s on tight as they had summoned me to look under the car.I’m not a mechanicNow the issue is biggerMy car is leaking a lot and they didn’t fix itNeed to return but I still haven’t heard backStill waiting to hear back

I don’t feel Mitsubishi cares at all. I sent in a complaint a while back and have video of Southlake Mitsubishi in Merrillville Indiana that out right lied to me for my last visit. This is why I am driving 1 hour and 15 minutes each way to Countryside Mitsubishi In Illinois.I own 2 Mitsubishi’s If you want to continue with my business. I want you to do something about it. I came in for a oil change. my first time here at this dealership, my overall visit was great. the next day my front tire needed some air which i hope were checked out. not sure but being a first time customer i would recommend this dealership for service.
