Phone system was not always working properly. Was cut off a number of times trying to select service department option.Had an oil change and requested a vehicle inspectionHad an oil change. When I returned home the coolant was leaking due to damage to the radiator.There were no warning lights on at the time of service and no leaks.Had difficulty with getting information sent via text at times but was able to use email.Inspection report was not given at time of payment for oil changeI had to walk into the Service desk area to get service. No one came to my car once pulled in.
