The 2025 Outlander has proven to be a safe car!

Car was not clean and it took a bit long overall.Check in always seems to be not an efficient, it always seems to be who is checking me in does not know what work is been done and asks me all kinds of questions. (Confused)The reminders and updates of work being done on your.

Did not enjoy how touchy the staff was but was able to get the services I needed done and had transparent communication and fairness with pricing.Was told they would vacuum the vehicle but they did not.Good customer service and consistent maintenance service.See earlier comment on professional boundaries. Aside from that, everything was exceptional.

Even though I was frustrated having to come here, Omar did not meet my energy and remained nice and kind and helpful. He told me he would take care of me and wanted me to be happy. This experience is one of the best in a long time. Once again Countrywide out did Jidd again. I just wish this location was closer. But after today, I will have to come back here because of today’s friendly, kind, and no BS service.
