Appointment was at 8:40 wasn’t checked in until around 9am. Was told it would be 2-3 hours and didn’t receive a phone call that my car was ready until after 3pm. To have my car all day for an oil change is absolutely insane. Tried to call several times for an update and no answer. I wish I didn’t have the oil change package here because I would never come here again. It’s always an issue.

We picked up our vehicle, Jacob finally reset ALL the electronics to insure our safety. Unfortunately we still have issues with our remote, it never works on the first time, Jacob, can you please call me ? Maybe a change in battery or new remote could fix our issue, thanks

As much as I dreaded going to the dealership it was actually not bad. Unfortunately the repair had to be done and the part was just expensive. Other than that the service was excellent. It is tough to get a hold of people sometimes. But Harris did keep me updated every step of the way. And the work is warranties.

Bought an oil change plan which included tire rotation. Was told when I bought the plan that if I sold my vehicle I could transfer the plan to the new car. Was never told that transferring the plan is a process all in itself. Finally got them to agree to change the oil, specifically said the key to the tires was in the dash. Waited 3.5 hours only for my car to come back without having tires rotated. Not once was I notified “ hey we can’t find the key” just a note saying we didn’t rotate the tires due to not knowing where the key was. They did take it back and rotate the tires but the entire experience was a little ridiculous.

They handle your routine maintenance (oil changes) reliably. which suggests they give honest advice.
