I was greeted immediately upon pulling up. My service advisor was right out and helped me with my recall issue. Communication throughout the process was great and I would take my Jeep there again.

It was pretty straight forward and Orlando was pretty decent at keeping me informed as to updates. All round pretty good.

Absolutely amazing every step of the way from the moment david contacted me regarding my inquiry all the way to the financing end with Rubin. Ed was also amazing as he helped and had any other questions I had and was very to the point. Will definitely be buying my next car there! Coming for that grand wagoneer!

Appointment was at 8:40 wasn’t checked in until around 9am. Was told it would be 2-3 hours and didn’t receive a phone call that my car was ready until after 3pm. To have my car all day for an oil change is absolutely insane. Tried to call several times for an update and no answer. I wish I didn’t have the oil change package here because I would never come here again. It’s always an issue.

We picked up our vehicle, Jacob finally reset ALL the electronics to insure our safety. Unfortunately we still have issues with our remote, it never works on the first time, Jacob, can you please call me ? Maybe a change in battery or new remote could fix our issue, thanks

Lauralyn was amazing and she was very attentive. She kept me updated with everything about my car and I never felt out of the loop.
