Horrible couldn't get calls returned or updates

Great job by the service team at courtesy. They got me in and out quickly. I was worried it was going to be a long term repair.They worked on a factory defect on my brand new ram 3500. Less than a week old. Did a major job on it with perfection.

Desiree Conlon we a tremendous help. Promote ahead of peers. Long story short i had many issues getting my vehicle to you guys and couldnt be there. After the person who set up the appt messed up. Desiree was able to resolve my issue and get my service covered under warrant as it was supposed to be initially. She was a great service technician and a great person. Thanks again!
