I had a scheduled appointment for service to have my auto stop start to get repaired which was fixed. But when leaving the shop I ended up with a tire getting punctured with piece of metal.I called the them right back and they replaced my tire for free

It was wonderful. Desiree was exceptional. She kept me up to date and explained all of my questions.One funny was when I asked her what the garage technician meant when they sent me pictures of my tires. Without laughing, she said "they're telling you the tires are about to fail inspection and they recommend new tires." I'd had a long week so I wasn't processing very fast...The girl who walked around to all of the customers asking if we needed updates was also very good. She was very attentive to everyone. I also heard her helping someone that had an emergency.When I got my car, I asked the guy if the tires on my Jeep were the same size I came with. To his credit he didn’t laugh, but he said "I don't know ma'm, I just drive the cars." Again, great answers.Everyone in the Service Department was nice - I just didn't grab everyone's name.We switched to your dealership from Firkins and it was all of the people I interacted with that have solidified you as our future dealership. The entire experience was great.
