I’ve taken multiple vehicles there are multiple times and every time I get to run around and my time is wasted along with my money whether it’s just an oil change in a tire rotation or it’s an ABS system that needs to be replaced You’re wasting my time, my effort my money and you don’t keep anybody informed so no we will never be coming back to courtesy Chrysler Jeep You kept my jeep for well over six months and I had to call you to find out any information and you wouldn’t call me. He wouldn’t put any of the parts on that. I asked you to put on because they weren’t OEM and you just kept the jeep outback When I came to pick up the jeep, it wasn’t ready, and I even informed you that I was picking it The battery was dead. The vehicle was absolutely filthy with spiderwebs all over the wheel wells and on the outside. I asked if he would start and he says I don’t know. He told someone to put a charger on it and after 2 hours no one did so. I just picked it up and left. The other times I’ve been there. It took over four hours to get an oil change and that’s with an appointment When we get a diagnostic, tell us that you have to get other things done that were just done a month or two before any one of these again It’s a scam a way to turn off

The team was great, as always.

Had to wait to long for oil change. Then when car was done the service guy gave us a hard time checking car out. He keep telling my husband that there are more cars then his waiting to check out But our car was done sitting in lot. Took 3 hours for the service.

Car was damaged in their Car wash, took almost 4 months to fix.
