I brought my Dodge Durango in on Friday and the service was done Saturday/Sunday and I picked it up Monday morning. Sydney helped me and checked me out. Tuesday morning the engine light came on and I limped back to the dealership a little upset as you had it for 3 days and didn't catch that I needed a new clutch/transmission... Sydney was amazing and took care of me and made me trust the dealership again. She is a valuable asset, and I would hire her immediately. Customer service is everything and misplaced by so many these days. She brings that back to your dealership.
