The staff was very friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. I went in for an oil change and the service advisor, Jacob, was amazing. He found warranty and recall work that needed completed and made sure the job was done immediately. He was responsive to inquiries and thoroughly explained everything. I highly recommend their service department.

I went to 2 Jeep dealerships. Jerry Ulm and Courtesy in Brandon. Night and day difference. People at Jerry Ulm made me almost not want the brand. Fortunately the folks at Courtesy are great.
