I was very pleased with the vehicle I purchased. I have visited the dealership on many occasions for service on my wife's vehicle and have always be satisfied with the service department and Joe, my advisor. This led me back to purchase my truck from Courtesy. I am waiting for some parts and paperwork, however I am sure that I will have it all shortly.

Didn’t have my appointment on the books which was set 2 weeks ago. Very disappointed in that but the Service team took me in anyways and I am pleased. Good job recovering from the schedulers error

It was great experience. Joey Soto made the purchasing of the new truck an easy decision. He was very knowledgeable about this truck that made the decision easy. The finance guy was very helpful with getting are payments down to a managble level. We were in need of a truck and these two great guys made it a great experience.

Purchase of the vehicle was smooth they were able to accommodate my need. They get me in and out quickly. Finance was quick and accommodating as well. He presented the options for warranties but was not pushy trying to sell me something I was not interested in.

Excellent and efficient

I dropped my Jeep off the evening before and it was serviced the day after. Fees are still really high for diagnostic, but I was able to get the Jeep fixed up and felt better.

We have always taken our cars to Courtesy Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram Tampa, for an oil change, on this date 6/20/24, we decided to look at their used cards. We were introduced to Justin Pagan who was very friendly and well informed with their inventory. One thing let to another, we make the decision to change one of our car's on the day.
