The people were courteous and professional. The fact that the headrest were not still covered by safety warranty was problematic, they were a known safety issue and no recall was done seems fishy but that’s life.

We dropped our car off the night before and the next day it was fixed. Our Service Advisor, Andy took care of us and it was an enjoyable experience.

It took longer than I anticipated for an oil change. Almost 3 hours. Joe was helpful, however even though I had an appointment my vehicle took over an hour to get into the service bay. I think you need to re-evaluate your scheduling system.
