My service agent Richard was excellent - 5 stars but the wait for a scheduled appoint was ridiculous. My appt was for 1030. I arrived at 0830 to do the check in. My vehicle wasn't available until 6 hours later. Richard advised me of warranty items that we took care of which was much appreciated.

We worked with Joe Soto. He went out of his way on several occasions to make sure we were satisfied with the process. Highly recommend him.

Fernando was very patient and helpful in finding the perfect car for me at the right price. Malik’s excitement towards delivering great customer service made my experience feel top notch.
