Great experience, the salesperson Isiah provided a great buying experience

The experience was incredible. I felt like I was supported along the process and was given reasonable expectations by Big Mo and Jhon when it came down to business. Everyone was extremely knowledgeable and truly cared. What was meant to be a drop in turned into me trading in my truck and purchasing a new one. Looking forward to working with everyone again in a few months when it’s time to purchase my wife’s new ride and I would love nothing more than to work with Big Mo and Jhon.

Dealing with sales person, Mo, was a great experience. Waiting 3.5 hours to finalize paperwork was not.

It was a good experience. The staff was a little short earlier in the morning, so there was a small delay in getting in for my appointment, but once it was taken back, the service was completed within the projected timespan.

Finance takes way to long

When I test drove the Colorado that I ended up purchasing, the keys did not want to come out of the ignition and Cowboy Chris made a joke out of how I do not know how to take the keys out of the truck. I brought the vehicle back for this to be repaired as soon as it was possible for me to do so. The service manager, Matthew Jarrett and the mechanic told me that they did not know how to repair the problem after I waited for a half of a day for the repair to be made. Mr. Jarrett told me to find a repair shop that could fix it and send the bill to Courtesy. I did this and I have not received reimbursement and nobody will respond to my emails or calls about this issue. Very disappointing and very poor follow-up.
