Staff were friendly. Only thing that could be improved is not to rely solely on text messaging as a form of communication especially when I’m waiting in the waiting room. I was not told I needed additional service based on inspection. When I got the email and approved service the representative was telling me my car was ready. He had no idea that additional service was recommended and approved. So that was annoying to have to wait additional 20 minutes after I had been waiting for 2 hours for the oil change to be completed.
