After several times of trying to get problems with software and them telling me it was me changing it I brought them a service bulletin with the exact same information. It is now fixed.

Jacob was helpful and so amazing at what he does. My Promaster is used for a disabled Army Veteran and is needed every day. Jacob took into consideration my circumstances and got the van done asap. When I have to take my Promaster back in, I want to deal with Jacob every time.
