The experience was fine but I didn’t agree with being charged $600 just to have two tires mounted and balanced.

Everyone I encountered was great and a big help. I was a first time car buyer and everyone made my experience great. Isaac and Ruben were great! Every question that I had they were able to answer in detail. After I made it home, I found out that my vehicle was cheaper online. I called up Isaac to ask about the online price, and he stated that they would honor the online price only if the customer brings up the price. Isaac must have mentioned my inquiry regarding the online price. In the next 30 minutes, I received a call from the dealership stating they would honor the online price. I was elated! The staff going the extra mile and honoring the online price for my vehicle after the deal was finalized meant so much to me. I am appreciative of that gesture.
