My vehicle was towed in your facility at almost closing time on December12, 2024. First of all, the Service Advisor said all of his mechanics were going home for the day and he had no one to look at my car. I explained that my wife andI were coming off a cruise , had no place to stay in Tampa, no car to get to a motel and had a guarantee motel reservation 60 miles east of Pensacola, Fl. for 12/12/24. The service adviser said "let's see if we can get you on the road tonight" and he did. All of your employees were so friendly and helpful.
