It was a good experience. The staff was a little short earlier in the morning, so there was a small delay in getting in for my appointment, but once it was taken back, the service was completed within the projected timespan.

Finance takes way to long

When I test drove the Colorado that I ended up purchasing, the keys did not want to come out of the ignition and Cowboy Chris made a joke out of how I do not know how to take the keys out of the truck. I brought the vehicle back for this to be repaired as soon as it was possible for me to do so. The service manager, Matthew Jarrett and the mechanic told me that they did not know how to repair the problem after I waited for a half of a day for the repair to be made. Mr. Jarrett told me to find a repair shop that could fix it and send the bill to Courtesy. I did this and I have not received reimbursement and nobody will respond to my emails or calls about this issue. Very disappointing and very poor follow-up.

Courtesy Jeep provided amazing customer service from the time I first reached about a new Jeep Gladiator through my actual purchase and beyond. I contacted Courtesy by email inquiring about a '25 Mojave X and received a very fast and thorough response from Sheyla. Throughout negotiations Sheyla was friendly, professional and responsive. When we agreed on a price, I came into the dealership and met with David M to complete the paperwork and my trade in. David went above and beyond proving outstanding customer service. I also worked with Brittany after the vehicle was purchased for the spray in bedliner, and like David and Shayla, Brittany was wonderful. My vehicle was towed in your facility at almost closing time on December12, 2024. First of all, the Service Advisor said all of his mechanics were going home for the day and he had no one to look at my car. I explained that my wife andI were coming off a cruise , had no place to stay in Tampa, no car to get to a motel and had a guarantee motel reservation 60 miles east of Pensacola, Fl. for 12/12/24. The service adviser said "let's see if we can get you on the road tonight" and he did. All of your employees were so friendly and helpful.
