Raúl Pereira attend me ! He was very professional and polite. He made everything easy and he’s is the best seller I ever met. He is amazing. I will be back buying from this dealership because of him. And also Ruben was amazing who helped me with financing and very professional and polite. Also the manager was nice amd kind. And Derik was amazing also. Unfortunately, I had another unfortunate experience dealing with the service advisor. In May 2023, I had a radiator replaced for $1,678.48 in my Ram 1500 and worked with Steven Peoples. I felt he was disinterested in assisting me and had a lackluster attitude. I ignored that experience but here in April 2024, I had my second bad experience working with Richard Drewes for an A/C evaporator replacement at $3,084. his lack of enthusiasm to help was evident and it made the whole experience frustrating and unpleasant. Sadly, this wasn't an isolated incident. It was disappointing and as a customer, at the least we can receive a certain level of professionalism and courtesy when interacting with your service advisors. It's disheartening to invest in repairs and not receive the basic courtesy of being looked at when speaking or having my questions answered in a friendly manner. These small gestures can make a significant difference in the overall customer experience. I did have a good experience with Jami Carty when I picked up my vehicle.
