Joe was extremely patient and helpful in a really unfortunate scenario involving my Jeep and a recall. He was very communicative and transparent about everything going on behind the scenes. He was also able to help get the part to expedite the process and get me back on the road quicker than originally anticipated. If you bring your vehicle to Courtesy for service, I highly recommend requesting Joe as your point of contact.

The advisor did everything he could to speed up the process of dealing with the warranty company. It took a couple of days to get everything set, but I have nothing but praise for the courtesy employees.
