Scheduled 0930, arrived 0925, took 2.5hrs for oil change, tire rotation and cabin filter changed out. Seems a little long but, the work appears to done proper.

Joe Murray, service advisor, addressed my concerns in a timely manner. He was very effective in giving me a detailed explanation of issues causing the engine light to come on and provided sound advice on how to solve the problem. He treated me with the utmost respect and professionalism. Thanks to Mr. Murray and the mechanics my vehicle is running smoothly. I am grateful Mr. Murray provided a shuttle for me to get to and from home while my vehicle was being worked on. My overall experience at Courtesy Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram Tampa was excellent.

Jacob went above and beyond to ensure all of my questions were answered and that I was satisfied with the service. He also followed up with me days after to ensure that I had no additional issues after repairs were completed. Mr. Jerry in parts was also very kind, courteous and went above and beyond to answer any and all questions pertaining to my purchase of tires. Mr. Shawn / Manager was professional, helpful and very knowledgeable when answering my questions and assisted with solving the issue pertaining to my vehicle.
