Jacob went above and beyond to ensure all of my questions were answered and that I was satisfied with the service. He also followed up with me days after to ensure that I had no additional issues after repairs were completed. Mr. Jerry in parts was also very kind, courteous and went above and beyond to answer any and all questions pertaining to my purchase of tires. Mr. Shawn / Manager was professional, helpful and very knowledgeable when answering my questions and assisted with solving the issue pertaining to my vehicle. I dropped off my 2021 Jeep the day before my appointment for a recall, the paper I received said it could take up to two weeks but I got it back in two days! I am very happy with the service department!
