Working with Malik on a deal which eventually lead to the purchase was fantastic. I have never experienced such a helpful, positive, and dedicated salesperson in the forty two years of purchasing vehicles, primarily new ones. It was his overall attitude that lead me to purchase from Courtesy, over my local dealership one hour away from where I live. I was already very familiar with the vehicle I was purchasing, so I didn’t have to be sold on that, what did matter was the interaction between the dealership, in this case, Malik, and myself. It was Malik who caused me to make my final decision to purchase. I would be remiss if I didn’t make mention of the finance experience, which was great as well. Rubin was great, he was a seasoned finance manager who knew how to get the paper work completed in a timely fashion. Though it was late, he gave us his time with a great attitude as though it was in the middle of the day. I would highly recommend Courtesy and if you can work with who we did, you will not be disappointed.
