I brought my car in for a regular maintenance oil change and filter. Although the service department was busy, I was in and out within 90 minutes, so I was pleased with the service.

Today I called for an appointment for my ‘21 jeep rubicon. The lady who answered and booked my appointment was great; bad news is this is my 3rd apply for the evap system. The light comes on then off; I brought it for service and y’all fixed it? But the light is on again. I really need this fixed. Smelled gas this past week. Call me 301-606-4562.

Working with Malik on a deal which eventually lead to the purchase was fantastic. I have never experienced such a helpful, positive, and dedicated salesperson in the forty two years of purchasing vehicles, primarily new ones. It was his overall attitude that lead me to purchase from Courtesy, over my local dealership one hour away from where I live. I was already very familiar with the vehicle I was purchasing, so I didn’t have to be sold on that, what did matter was the interaction between the dealership, in this case, Malik, and myself. It was Malik who caused me to make my final decision to purchase.I would be remiss if I didn’t make mention of the finance experience, which was great as well. Rubin was great, he was a seasoned finance manager who knew how to get the paper work completed in a timely fashion. Though it was late, he gave us his time with a great attitude as though it was in the middle of the day. I would highly recommend Courtesy and if you can work with who we did, you will not be disappointed.
