The estimated waiting time was 1.5 hours and it was accurate. Quick and easy service but when I got my car back, they parked it behind the wall. So i walked over and they still had the seat plastic cover and everything in there. I think this should have been removed and the car parked at the entrance, therefore I deducted 1 star.

Service and repairs were completed as requested, the service department did a great job. However the parts needed to make the repair were on order for more than 1 year. That was and is unacceptable for it to take that long for an exhaust manifold. I will keep that in mind when its time to replace my vehicle. The blame is squarely on RAM and not the dealer.
