Service and repairs were completed as requested, the service department did a great job. However the parts needed to make the repair were on order for more than 1 year. That was and is unacceptable for it to take that long for an exhaust manifold. I will keep that in mind when its time to replace my vehicle. The blame is squarely on RAM and not the dealer.
