I come here for my service on my vehicle, I was a bit surprised by the charge when I asked if I could have help straightening the bulbs in my head lights.

Service tech was friendly and helpful.

I Arrive there and was greeted with a smile, my vehicle was taken in for maintenance as I was told all about what was going to happen. They call me out as my vehicle was completed and saw me on my way the team was very nice.

Easy appointment. Service was fast. Polite service tech.

Had intercooler pump replaced

I came in originally for an oil change and the team identified additional work needing to be done. Some was maintenance some was covered under my extended warranty. My service advisor , Andy Gates, did a great job of explaining what needed to be done and answering my questions. I had to wait for a part to be ordered and it came in the next day as expected. When I brought my car back in the team handled the maintenance items quickly. They needed to wait to get authorization from Jeep on the warranty work but Andy kept me informed through out the process. My only recommendation would be to get the authorization prior to me brining the car back for service if possible since the waiting did delay the overall repairs I appreciate the Lyft service very much since we have only one car and it needed to be at the dealer overnight. This gave me the opportunity to get home and back to work as quickly as possible and not have to worry about getting back to the dealership when my car was ready. I would definitely recommend Courtesy Jeep and especially Andy Gates to others. I plan to go there for any service moving forward
