Totally disappointed that I had to go elsewhere to buy batteries for my car. Your price was about $200 higher than the going rate at several vendors.

Not as planned, I called in to make a appointment to have my transmission serviced I asked the female if I need to drop it off or should I wait with the truck due to the fact I have other scheduled appointments. She said it should not take long that I could wait with it so I scheduled my appointment for 0830 when my wife and I arrived for the scheduled appointment I waited outside for over 6 minutes before a service writer came out I then asked the service writer how long it will be due to the fact as I stated earlier I have appointments I need to get to at 1100 he stated 2 hours . After approximately 1 hr and 40 min I approached him and asked for a update he stated they were just now pulling my truck in to work on it I then told him did you not remember when I told you this morning I have other appointments to get to ? He had no words for me I stayed for him to return my truck to me and I want to speak with the owner regarding this issue and lack of respect for customer needs and time frames the service manager approached me immediately as he could see I was ready to take my business elsewhere he profusely apologized and offered to get me a loaner vehicle so I may make my other appointments as they do the needed service on my truck, ultimately the service manager kept his word and got everything completed. I am sad to say with this interaction it feels like appointments mean nothing anymore.
