It was excellent because I was not there. I do not know Terrance Thomas, but this is my email. I have recently been a victim of credit theft and this may well be part of that. Alex Hildaigo was very helpful, letting me know each service being performed and the time frame.. He ordered a ride during the service to and from the Mall so I did not have to sit and wait during the service. He was the BEST service advisor I have had at Courtesy Jeep and will ask specifically for him on any future services or needs to my Jeep!
