I’m very bummed about my 2021 Ram 1500 dashboard bubbling and cracking but I’m hopeful that Chrysler will do the right thing to help me get it fixed. Clem is a great guy and is fighting for me.

This review is for the Sales person Mo, we had a pretty bad experience the first time we went to buy a Jeep, I wont go into details but basically we ended up with a Jeep with issues, I went in for repairs and Mo bent over backwards to make it right I ended up with a New to me Jeep that is Amazing, he made sure I got the money I paid for the original one and a great deal on the new one which I am in Love with! he is by far the best person to deal with at this dealer.

Jamie is an outstanding service person. She gets things done.

This was just a warranty replacement of a defective part, Service advisor was great!

Steven Peoples was very nice and knowledgeable even though I paid way more then expected since I just paid a big chunk a few moments. He informed of the process of my car been diagnosed and order me a Lyft from my appointment and back. He also email me promptly and called my car was ready for pick up. He also tried to save me a few pennies on my total.

Work was done on time and pick up was just fine.

Although my service advisor, Jaime, wasn't available I had Angel and he was awesome...

Service agent was extremely helpful and service was quick.

Great experience.

My rep was friendly and made sure I got ride both ways.
