Came into trade and upgrade my truck. I did purchase the truck that I came to look at. The sales staff and the negotiating process were excellent. I did notice that the vehicle I was purchasing did not have floor mats and the sales person promised me that he would add Floor mats to the deal and take care of me. His words were I got you man. When I showed up to pick up the truck the next day, Isaiah, the salesman was not there after he told me he would be, and his colleague was the one that delivered the vehicle to me . I noticed the floor mats were not in the car, and I asked the colleague. The colleague came back and told me that the sales manager was not going to honor the deal of having floor mats included in the deal. I am an honest man and my word is good if I say it but I guess there are times when a professional business cannot do what they tell the customer they’re going to do .
