I had a small problem with the display on my radio and I also needed to get my oil changed.I received great customer service from beginning to end. Everyone was so polite and helpful. Steven made sure everything was completed in a timely manner and I was satisfied. He also made certain, I had no questions before I left and handed me his card in case I did at a later time.

I have never been disappointed when I bring my Jeep to Courtesy in Tampa. Andrew has always been polite and understands what I need. And the last time Fabian was excellent in explaining to a woman what was done. Excellent service all the way around!

Ian was good as a salesperson, and I have no complaints about him, but they really need to speed things up after the deal is made. The finance department took way too long for a cash purchase. The entire transaction should have taken 2 hours at the most, but I was there for 5 hours. Our business owner had to return to sign some more paperwork and he waited on the finance department for roughly an hour for that as well, just to sign some papers. It seems the sales department has their act together but the finance department could use some more urgency. I considered walking out on the deal a few times because of how long the finance department took.

not too much haggling to agree on deal.greg was easy to deal with because i don,t ever want to sit in a dealership more than a hour.
