Upon arrival, I waited about 20 minutes before my service advisor came to speak with me. After that, the oil change took about 1 hr.

I scheduled an appointment for an airbag recall on my 2007 Dodge Ram 3500 and the scheduling process was seamless. Reminders were sent multiple times to help remind me of my appointment. However, once the truck was taken back for servicing, the database provided through text to check the progress of the work was not updated appropriately. I was not contacted about my vehicle having been finished and when I called to inquire of its status the evening of the appointment, the service liaison told me it was still being finished up and will be ready the following day when in fact it had already been finished. This miscommunication stemmed from the information not being updated properly in the tracking system and my number was incorrectly recorded from the form even though my number was already in the system proven by the multiple messages and voicemails. Once I was able to recover my vehicle, there were multiple greasy head marks on my windshield from the technicians working and tight working space. I understand these constraints, but would advise on cleanliness after repairs are made, as well as proper data record management to avoid further communication issues. Other than those 2 issues, everything else went well.

Brought car in for oil change the service advisor Adam was very informative and friendly. The bathrooms were very clean and the coffee was the best I have tasted out of a machine. Overall is was a very pleasant experience for me and my wife.

To have oil and filter changed. And to check on parts that were ordered on Nov. 02, 2023 for warranty repairs. Was told we would need to leave our vehicle for 2 days to do these repairs and they were a week and a half out for appointments. So we made an appointment for 7:30 a.m. on Feb. 5th.
