the first time it took 3 months to but a alternator. in and on the first to conn . oil leak made 3 stops at Chrysler dealerships and none of them could not do any thing for about 2 to 3 weeks they to twitch the oil check it often and i should be ok 14 quarts of oil later i made it to conn. check with 2 Chrysler dealer and the same could do any thing for about 2 weeks. i needed the car to go to grandson graduation from the fire academy's i got the car into a auto repair place called Chrysler and got a case #87864234 the case contact person is keonia (844-378-0573 ext:4062368) she was great told me i might not get reimburse for repairs and the rental car and she was RIGHT. when i got back to Florida i took the car back to courtesy Chrysler Richard Drewes was my go to person and he was great to work with keep me updated &3days later car was back and so far so good, know i waiting for him to call me to let me know when the part will be in it has been a few weeks. there was not one person there that took care of me on the first trip will i go back maybe it's a real long shot 100 to 1never had a car with so much trouble, looking to to trade it in when my lawer tell me he can settle this or not looking for some kind of reimbursement out of pocket cost for me is about 2700.00 Keoniai has the list plus my wife's brother was taken to the va hospital Dayton Ohio he was in icu and before we could get there he pass away with no good buys from us.
