This is a real customers ( Ian G ) true experience at the Brandon Crystler dealership on a regular basis. My experience at the dealership, for both purchase and especially the after sale service has always been A1 A+++ My most recent experience was two day before Christmas day. I have a Ram 1500 2020 model which I bought from the Dale Mabry Dodge dealership, and it has been somewhat of a disappointment, due to what I consider too many major repairs that have been needed,, and this truck is just being used for daily home to work drive. The dealership it was bought from has been not very helpful and I went to the Brandon Chrysler dealership where I usually buy my vehicles from to have them repair the truck. My initial contact with the service representative was honestly just ok, no ill intent intended, but the representative could have been more caring. My trucks repair was accessed to be a one (1) day repair, and as such my extended warranty would have afforded me a loaner vehicle (rental vehicle) for just a day. Of note, this dealership unlike the other dealership is the only one of the two that offers this GREAT gesture 👏 👍. The part needed to conduct the repair had to be ordered in, and with the holiday rush on at that time, (2 days before Christmas), it did not make it in. The service representative, having to do his job, called to advise of the part not getting there but also advised that I had to return the loaner / rental car or pay for the additional days if I kept it. That's when Courtesy Chrysler Jeep Dodge TRUE COURTESY SUPER CUSTOMER SERVICE kicked in. My sincere thank you to service department manager Ali and rental representative (my position for her 😀) Ms Jennifer for there sincere understanding, care and true customer service understanding for their resolution to this situation. Starting with Ms Jennifer, who showed so much understanding and care, she highlighted the situation and concern to Ali, who WITHOUT any reservation understood and took what I considered to be the true and expected customer service decision to extend the loaner arrangement which helped me to still have a vehicle to use during the season. Officially and publicly THANK YOU Ali and Ms Jennifer. You both gave me a great Christmas gift 🙏🙏 In closing, in summary, this is a great dealership and they will always get my business. Would recommend them to all !!!!!!
